Policies

The fine print.

Simple, fair policies so every guest is looked after.

Booking & deposits

Bookings over 90 minutes may require a 30% deposit to hold the chair. This deposit is deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another guest. Late cancellations forfeit any deposit paid.

Lateness

We hold your chair for 15 minutes. Beyond that, we may need to shorten the service or rebook — the full price still applies.

Children

We welcome guests of every age, but please arrange care for children who are not being serviced so we can protect the calm of the studio.

Refunds & re-dos

If you are not delighted with your finish, tell us within 7 days and we will bring you back for a complimentary adjustment.

Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used only to service your appointment and is never shared with third parties.
